Frank Ticheli Conducts the First Coast Wind Symphony

Internationally-known composer Frank Ticheli, a faculty member at the University of Southern California, was the featured conductor in a program of his music presented by the First Coast Wind Symphony on February 24, 2018 at Jacksonville University.
